Welcome to SoraPrompt (hereinafter referred to as "the platform", "we" or "the service"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and SoraPrompt regarding the use of the platform's services.

• Generating structured prompts for Sora AI
• Saving and managing user history

1.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses caused to you by service changes, suspension or termination.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to register and use the service
• You must provide true, accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of account information and updating it in a timely manner
• Each user can only register one account

2.2 Account Security

• You should properly keep your account password and not transfer or lend your account to others
• You are responsible for all activities conducted using your account
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately
• We are not responsible for account security issues caused by your own reasons

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable content
• Upload content containing viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious code
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Use automated tools (such as robots, crawlers) to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Impersonate others or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to the video content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process and analyze your content to provide services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use the content
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content

4.2 Generated Prompts

• You own the prompts generated by the service
• You may use generated prompts for any legal purpose
• We do not guarantee the uniqueness of generated prompts

4.3 Platform Content

All content on the platform (including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface design, code) is owned by SoraPrompt or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute or use any platform content.

We highly value your privacy protection. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

• Uploaded video files are only used for temporary analysis and are not permanently stored
• Generated prompts and history are stored in encrypted databases
• We use Google Gemini API for video analysis, and your data will be sent to Google for processing
• We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

We strive to ensure service availability, but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance or other reasons beyond our control.

6.2 Content Accuracy

Generated prompts are based on AI analysis and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or suitability. You should verify and adjust generated content according to your actual needs.

6.3 Third-Party Services

The service uses third-party services (such as Google Gemini API). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or legality of these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• We are not liable for data loss, profit loss, business interruption or other economic losses
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the past 12 months (if any)
• We are not liable for losses caused by your violation of these terms

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SoraPrompt and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your infringement of others' rights

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modified terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated. If you continue to use the service after the terms are modified, you are deemed to have accepted the modified terms.
